It accommodates up two downstairs, with a queen bed, with a further double and two single beds available upstairs.     The upstairs bedroom sleeps four with a double and two single beds. This lovely and bright room features a view of Mount Wellington, and sunny all day.

Please note that if a booking is cancelled or dates of the stay are changed within 14 days of the arrival date,
or if the person fails to arrive on  the arrival date then the full price is charged to the credit card number
provided on booking. If a deposit has been paid by any other means, it is not refundable.
If you require check-in later than 3pm we request that you provide 24 hours notice.
